
Back-Up Your Data: Ztekk will NOT back up any data on your product unless you specifically request Ztekk to do so prior to the performance of any service for an additional fee. It is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your product, prior to requesting service from Ztekk.
Labor Warranty: Ztekk guarantees services provided to you at your home or business for 30 days; however, for repairs necessitated by a virus or spyware, the 30-day warranty is only valid if the antivirus and antispyware protection for your product is installed or updated during the repair or before you again connect to the Internet. If there is a problem with the service provided to you by Ztekk and if you notify us at 256-542-1713 within the 30-day time period, Ztekk will work to remedy your original problem quickly and at no additional cost.
Remote Support: Ztekk may use tools it deems necessary to repair your computer, such as remote access to your computer.
Ztekk Computers Software: Ztekk may install software on your computer that allows you to obtain additional technology services.
EULAs: For software installations, Ztekk may accept End User License Agreements on your behalf.
Product Pick-Up by Ztekk: If Ztekk picks up your product for the purpose of performing a requested service(s) at a Ztekk location and any damage or loss occurs with respect to your product while in Ztekk's possession or control, regardless of causation or fault, you are only entitled to replacement of the product.
Limitation of Remedy: To the extent permitted by law, you agree that Ztekk's total liability for damages related to its services is limited to the total amount you pay for the services, and you release Ztekk from liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. ZTEKK IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS, ALTERATION, OR CORRUPTION OF ANY DATA OR LOSS OF ANY MEDIA FROM YOUR PRODUCT.
Systems Built by Ztekk:
All new systems built by Ztekk Computers and Services carry a one year warranty from the date on the invoice.
Warranty does not cover virus and spyware removal.
Warranty does not cover third party software, parts or any other changes made by the customer.
Used/Refurbished parts or systems are sold as is unless otherwise noted.
The customer is responsible for maintaining proper backup procedures.
If we backup your data, we will keep it on our server for 30 days only.
Our warranty does not cover acts of God (flood, tornado damage, fire, etc.) nor damage from mistreatment.
All items require a receipt for any refund.
No refunds after 7 days.
Any products that were sold with a factory seal must be returned with the factory seal unbroken.
If the factory seal is broken and returned for a refund, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.
